Ordering Tickets:

Payment by credit card only.
The tickets are deposited in your name at the evening box office. When picking up your tickets, please have your credit card ready for verification.
Reserving Tickets:
It is also possible to reserve your tickets by phone and pick them up at the box office no later than 8 days prior to the date of the performance. Payment can be made in cash, by ATM or credit card. You will be notified of the latest possible pick-up date.
Reductions:
Reductions (except for performances marked with an *) are available for holders of AK-AktivKarte, Service-Karte AKNÖ, Ö1 Club-Karte and GÖD-Karte. Please note that reductions can only be obtained at the box office or the evening box office.

“Hunger auf Kunst“ and Kultur-Pass: Depending on availability and with the exception of first nights, New Year’s Eve and special events, we have a contingent of free tickets per performance. Free tickets are available at the evening box office 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the performance upon presentation of a Kultur-Pass together with a valid photo ID.

Inductive Hearing Aid:
Our auditorium is equipped with an audio induction loop system. Please activate the function “Telecoil” on your hearing aid or, if you have a digital device, the programme for “Induction System”.

Exchange of Tickets:
Tickets purchased at one of the sales points of Theater Akzent cannot be taken back. However, up until three days before the performance in question and against a fee of € 3 per ticket, we will attempt to find comparable seats for a different night. Tickets can only be exchanged at the box office. This also applies to tickets purchased online.
Sub-distributors:
For many of our performances tickets can also be purchased at all sales points of oeticket.com (01/96 0 96), at the ÖGB box office, Johann-Böhm-Platz 1, 1020 Wien, at Wien-Ticket.at (01/58885) and at the bank branches of Bank Austria.
